Team Members

Invite collaborators and manage roles within your organization.

Members of an organization share access to its carousels, assets, and brand kits. Credits remain attached to each user (your personal pool follows you across organizations). Only owners and admins can send invitations.

  1. 1Open Settings > Organization for the workspace you want to invite into.
  2. 2In the Members section, type the person's email and pick a role.
  3. 3Send the invite. They get an email in your language (English or French) with a link valid for 7 days.
  4. 4When they accept, they land on the dashboard with a "Welcome to [organization name]" toast and immediate access to shared content.

Each member has a role that controls what they can do inside the organization. Owners and admins manage members; viewers only have read access.

Each organization has a member cap based on the *owner's* plan, not the inviter's. Pending invitations count against the cap so a team can't overshoot by sending many at once. Like organization caps, seat caps apply at invite time only: existing members are never kicked out when you downgrade.

When the cap is reached, the invite button is disabled and an upgrade prompt appears.
